为切实做好2008年奥帆赛赛前各国帆船队来青训练的接待工作，青岛市政府专门成立了“青岛市奥帆赛训练接待中心”。该“接待中心”是“奥帆赛”前青岛市唯一的官方接待机构，主要是为来青岛市训练的各国帆船队提供器材通关、物流、存储、安排训练、食宿、交通等方面的服务保障。根据市政府要求，结合青岛市实际情况，为给各国帆船队在青岛期间的生活、训练提供方便条件，特公告如下：

　　1、需要到青岛进行训练的各国帆船队应主动与“青岛市奥帆赛训练接待中心”联系。经“青岛市奥帆赛训练接待中心”联系来青岛训练的各国帆船队，在训练场所、器材存储及酒店住宿等方面将得到安全保障。

　　2、未经“青岛市奥帆赛训练接待中心”联系，擅自与有关训练场所及宾馆联系来青训练、食宿等事宜的，如发生纠纷及安全等问题，我们将无法提供任何保证。

　　Announcement of Qingdao Service Center for Olympic Sailing Training

　　In order to provide good services for teams conducting pre-Games training in Qingdao, Qingdao Municipal Government has set up a service center for Olympic Sailing training and it is the only official pre-Games service provider in Qingdao. It provides services mainly in customs clearance, logistics, equipment storage, training arrangement, accommodation, and transportation. According to the requirements of Qingdao Municipal Government and taking the city’s actual situation into account, an announcement is made as the following:

　　1. Sailing teams that need to conduct pre-Games training in Qingdao should contact Qingdao Service Center for Olympic Sailing Training and their safety will be ensured in training venues and hotels and so will the safety of their equipment.

　　2. We shall not be able to ensure necessary help if any dispute or safety problem arises due to your failure to contact the center for arrangement of training and accommodation in Qingdao.
